As an authorized Distributor for Robeks Corporation, we're excited to bring you a supplemental ordering store for Franchisees only.
Scope of Operation
We are a distribution company that provides the logistics services for Robeks Corp Boosts and Supplements. We will be more than happy to assist in questions pertaining to order processing, order status, billing, or online system issues. Please contact Robeks Corp directly for all other questions.
Payment
Payments are made through our automatic clearing house (ACH) account as agreed upon prior to registering with RobeksSupplements.com. Franchisee must submit a completed ACH form with signature and a copy of a voided check as part of the registering process. Orders will be invoiced and debited once order ships. All back order (BO) supplements will not be billed until the BO supplement ships.
There will be a service charge of $25.00 for non-sufficient funds account. ACH will be debited once the order is shipped.
Security
Only Franchisees that have registered and activated can access the internal ordering system.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
All standard shipping will be done via UPS ground unless otherwise approved by Robeks Corp. All orders must be received by 8:00am PST Monday for a Monday ship date or 8:00am PST Wednesday for a Wednesday ship date. All orders placed on other days will ship on the closest Monday/Wednesday delivery date. For quality control purposes, there is a no opened return policy on all Boosts or Supplements.
Ordering
1. All orders must be placed via robekssupplement.com.
2. Franchisee must be registered before ordering.
3. Franchisee is responsible for keeping username, password, and order process secure.
4. All orders originating from franchisee will be considered authorized and binding.
5. Please be careful to keep order password access secure.
Returns
1. No return without prior authorization from DSI.
2. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
3. No returns are accepted if packaging seal is broken.
4. Refused delivery for any reason will be handled as returns subject to the fees indicated.
5. Please contact Distribution Science prior to returning any and all products in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. It is extremely important that you contact us prior to shipping back any merchandise. Please keep all tracking information until credit has been issue. Credit will be issued when we can confirm return of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without our prior approval. RMA# is valid for 30 days.
Cancellations
Unshipped items can be cancelled without penalty. We must be contacted 24 hours prior to shipping and received no later than 3pm PST, Monday through Friday. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, all return policy applies.
